Physics is the fascinating science of energy, forces, electricity, the fundamental properties of matter and how the universe developed. Scientific understanding is vital to our world’s future and all students should be helped to appreciate how the diverse and complex phenomena of the universe can be described by a few key ideas.

The aim of the course is to produce more than strong classroom practitioners; we aim to also produce reflective teachers who will go on to participate in and influence the future development of science education. Teaching an exciting subject like Physics will enthuse your students to make connections between physical phenomena and their everyday experiences, and to think more deeply about what they experience.
