Grow Our Own
We are passionate about recruiting the best teachers who want to make a real difference to children’s life chances. We pride ourselves on ‘growing our own’ and this is shown by our superb employment rates. We’re really proud of the fact that the vast majority of trainees who train with us stay with us and join schools within our partnership or the local area.
